Actress Angelina Jolie is keen to consider a role in Sin City 2 - claiming she is intrigued with what director Frank Miller can come up with next.
The sexy actress is a huge fan of the slick 2004 comic book adaptation, and Miller is keen to get Jolie on board - he has a character lined up for her and is eager for her to peruse the script.
And the Tomb Raider star is interested in Miller’s offer - because she thinks the moviemaker is a “genius”.
Jolie tells MTV.com, “I found the first Sin City impressive, but I don’t know what they’re going to do with the next one to make (it) as original as the first one.
“I’d be curious. I think he’s a genius.”

When it comes to her Latin roots, Jessica Alba has clearly had a change of heart.
Though she appeared to have distanced herself from her Mexican ancestry, the new mom is now desperate to keep her heritage alive through her daughter, Honor Marie, born June 7. “Jessica wants to try to brush up on her language skills so that she can start speaking Spanish at home in front of Honor,” a friend of the 27-year-old tells OK!.
Having not spoken the language in years, the actress’ Spanish is little bit rusty, but she knows she needs to buckle down and re-learn it for her little girl. “She knows that her own Spanish skills are not what they should be, and while she’s always under a lot of criticism, she is trying to make amends for that and do what’s right for her baby,” the source says.

The last time Jessica Alba appeared on our cover (November, 2007), it was due to her roles in box-office blockbusters such as the Fantastic Four films, Into the Blue and Sin City. Her potent image as an action babe has made her one of Hollywood’s top Latin leading ladies. Now the 27-year-old star is taking on a completely different role, one that is totally new to her—mother. She’s pregnant with her first child, due this month, and that was the first thing on her mind when we talked to her.
Estylo: How are things coming along with your pregnancy?
Alba: Good. Really good, thank you.
Estylo: Any cravings?
Alba: Oh, this is so boring! I don’t! Isn’t that terrible?
Estylo: Some things must be different.
Alba: Well, for sure I eat much more than before. I used to go for long days and forget to eat and grab a meal at night, but now every couple of hours, I turn into Satan if I don’t eat something! (laughs) And I’m much more tired than before.
Estylo: How about emotionally and intellectually—do you feel a change? You have an added responsibility now.
Alba: The way I approach things and see things, yeah. I definitely look at the world and the media and that kind of stuff and think, how will this affect this little person who going to be in my life and what does that mean? When you’re in the world and you’re a grownup that’s one thing, but when you think about how it’s going to affect a little mind it’s completely different. I also think about how I’m more—as much as I can, I have a green mentality about stuff and I’m a lot more eco-conscious. I’m somebody who is trying to be as “green” as possible with my car, my consumer habits.
Estylo: Do you think you are more socially and politically engaged now?
Alba: You know, I’ve always been involved in social issues, certainly in the inner city and educational mentor programs, giving to people who don’t grow up in environments where education or even individuality is fostered. It’s kind of, like, a “deal with life and survive” mentality and if you can rise above it, great. I’ve always been involved in that, and especially if I have time off I can get more involved. It’s important to expose my children to less privileged life, because I think a lot of kids can live in a bubble.

Audiences still get Maxwell Smart. Steve Carell and Anne Hathaway’s “Get Smart,” the Warner Bros. big screen update of the 1960s spy sitcom, raked in $39.2 million to debut as the No. 1 weekend movie, according to studio estimates Sunday.
But movie-goers did not get Mike Myers’ “The Love Guru” the weekend’s other new wide release. The Paramount Pictures comedy about a self-help mentor took in just $14 million to open at No. 4.

Mike Myers says he was star-struck and tongue twisty when it came to co-starring with the stunning Jessica Alba.
Myers stars opposite Alba in the comedy flick “Love Guru”.
“She would come to set and there would be audible gasps from all of us. I was like … wow,” Fox News quoted Myers, as telling Pop Tarts.
While referring to Alba’s pleasing aesthetic, the actor said: “Jessica Alba is not only one of the most down-to-earth, lovely people that I have ever met, she’s one of the most beautiful people I’ve ever seen in my life.”
But while Myers was in awe of Alba, fellow actor Romany Malco couldn’t control himself in her presence.
“Jessica’s so easy it’s crazy, because she’s so down and easy that she’s really approachable. When I first met Jessica I just started rambling. We just rambled for hours,” he added.
