Sunday night marked the sixth annual Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Academy Awards special, and the host debuted a new comedic video featuring a slew of big-name celebrities, including Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Sofia Vergara and Lindsay Lohan.

The video features Kimmel as “Jimmy K,” creator of a workout DVD titled Hottie Body Humpilates who claims to have helped the hottest celebrities get into shape.

“I train the ladies who fill the big screens in skinny jeans,” Kimmel says. “Let my Hottie Body Humpilates DVD Transform your body from Flabby Abby to Ripa’d Kelly.”

For example, before Vergara used the DVD, “she was a disgusting hippopotamus, but now she’s as hot as the devil’s armpit on the Fourth of July thanks to a workout regime so simple it’s almost impossible to understand,” Kimmel quipped.

Also appearing in the clip are Minka Kelly, Kelly Ripa, Eva Longoria and Emily Blunt. (ThehollywoodReporter.com)

Jessica Alba looks like anything but a glowing mom-to-be when working with Jimmy Kimmel, but fear not: It’s just acting.

Alba, who announced Wednesday that she’s pregnant with her second child, filmed a skit this week with Eva Longoria, Kelly Ripa and other stars about Kimmel’s secret to keeping Hollywood’s hottest bodies in shape.

The skit will air on the Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Academy Awards special on Sunday, Feb. 27 on ABC. (people.com)

SNL treated fans to another one of their digital shorts last night. It’s called “I Just Had Sex,” and those are also most of the lyrics. It includes Andy Samberg and his special guests Lonely Island, Akon, Jessica Alba, John McEnroe, and Blake Lively. In the music video for the song, both Alba and Lively play unsatisfied lovers. The very funny Canadian blogger/tweeter/ex-model Kelly Oxford has become a bit of a showbiz darling over the last year or so, attracting retweets and shout-outs from the likes of Diablo Cody, Roger Ebert, Dan Harmon, John Mayer, and Jessica Alba. Earlier this year, word leaked out that another Hollywood fan — former Will & Gracewriter Jhoni Marchinko — had teamed with Oxford to develop a potential sitcom based on the Canadian writer’s life as a stay-at-home mom. Looks like things are going well: Vulture has learned that CBS has picked up the project, with both Alba and Marchinko on board as producers.

Currently dubbed The Mother of All Something, the half-hour sitcom (produced by CBS Studios) is being written by Oxford and will borrow heavily from her own life as a mother of three (and, yes, her Twitter feed). Alba’s involvement as executive producer could be a hint that perhaps she’s thinking of actually starring in the show should it go all the way to series. As of now, however, CBS is simply calling the actress a non-writing producer on the potential series. And while it was quite common back in the eighties and nineties for stand-up comics to play versions of themselves on TV, Oxford has dismissed the notion of her appearing on-camera. “I’ve had a lot of offers to act in the last few months,” she told semi-jealous scribe Jill Soloway in an interview last spring. “But I’d rather be known as a good middle-class mom than a wealthy, terrible actress.” CBS will likely decide whether to film a pilot for Mother by March.
