Jessica was in New York for the ‘Maybelline New York Color Sensational Presents “Who What Wear” New York Book Launch‘ on Sunday (Sept 13). Jessica was also seen at Lady Gaga’s VMA’s after-party that same night, but no pics are available at this point.
