Jamie Foxx and Queen Latifa join Valentine’s Day

Jamie Foxx and Queen Latifah have signed onto the cast of the star-studded romantic comedy Valentine’s Day.

They join previously announced stars Julia Roberts, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner, Ashton Kutcher, Bradley Cooper, Patrick Dempsey, Eric Dane, Jessica Alba and Anne Hathaway, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

In the film, Miami Vice star Jamie will play a TV sports reporter, while Queen Latifah will be the agent of a football player, portrayed by Eric Dane.

Valentine’s Day follows five slightly interconnecting stories playing out during Valentine’s Day in Los Angeles.

Julia is an army officer on leave from Iraq flying to LA, with Bradley playing a gay man on the same flight. Ashton is a florist who proposes to his girlfriend (Jessica), only to realise he is in love with his close friend, played by Jennifer, who discovers her boyfriend is married.
